Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for customers who want faster delivery
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious shoppers who don’t mind waiting a bit longer
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your Roommates Store purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Kids’ Decorative Pillows with opened packaging
- Custom-cut Kids’ Curtains & Shades
- Opened Kids’ Piggy Banks
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and use the provided return label. For exchanges, clearly indicate your new product preference.
Step 4: Track Your Return
Once received at our Nashville facility (253 Colt Dr, Nashville, US 37221), we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Shipping Costs:
- The original $12.95 shipping fee is non-refundable
- For free shipping orders over $50, $12.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If the new item costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your kids’ furniture or decor arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
